Recently, the new-generation intelligent stud welding machine independently developed by Hongbai Technology was successfully installed, debugged and officially put into production in the welding workshop of GAC Toyota, marking that the cooperation between the two parties in the field of intelligent manufacturing has entered a new stage. The stud welding machine applied this time provides strong support for improving the quality and efficiency of GAC Toyota’s welding process with its high precision, high stability and intelligent control technology. As the core equipment in the field of automobile welding, during its operation in the GAC Toyota workshop, this equipment has successfully solved the stability problem of traditional welding machines under complex working conditions. At the same time, through the real-time data monitoring and fault early warning system, it has significantly reduced the risk of production line shutdown, ensuring continuous and efficient production in the workshop. The general manager of Hongbai Technology mentioned at the project acceptance ceremony: “The successful cooperation with GAC Toyota is another milestone for Hongbai Technology in deeply cultivating the field of automobile intelligent manufacturing.
