A closer connection between industrial practice and technical education is helping prepare graduates for the demands of modern manufacturing. Hongbai Technology’s industry–education collaboration model was recently featured by China Central Television (CCTV), highlighting the company’s approach to developing skilled technical professionals through partnerships with higher education institutions. As manufacturers face growing demand for employees who can adapt quickly to production environments and take on technical responsibilities, Hongbai Technology is working with educational institutions to bring practical manufacturing experience into the classroom. Through company-sponsored training programs, students gain exposure to real production processes, technical requirements, and workplace standards before entering the workforce. Bringing Industrial Practice into Technical Education For many manufacturing companies, recruiting fresh graduates has traditionally involved a considerable period of onboarding, technical training, and workplace adjustment. Following successful assessments, they can transition into employment upon completing their studies. This approach reduces the adjustment period between education and employment while enabling the company to develop talent with a clearer understanding of actual production requirements. Preparing Technical Talent for the Changing Manufacturing Landscape As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes increasingly integrated into industrial applications, manufacturers face…
