The welding system utilizes DSP+FPGA architecture, follows the mature high-frequency (20kHz) full-bridge inverter and full-wave rectifier technology, integrates linear servo motor control unit, is equipped with GSM, GMM series servo stud welding gun. Its high-resolution grating detection device can provide real-time dynamic positional information to realize the intelligent digital closed-loop control, so that the welding gun lifting, welding current control is completely synchronized, the welding key parameters like adjustment accuracy, speed, synchronization accuracy has been greatly improved. 3600B can be implemented on complex workpiece surfaces to significantly improve the welding quality and welding consistency. The host structure optimizes the electromagnetic compatibility environment, signal interface and heat dissipation system, etc. The handheld human-machine interface makes the process management and welding data monitoring more fluent and faster. The system is equipped with Weld NLC group control and analysis software, which can clearly obtain welding data or equipment status information, analyze the detailed waveform data of individual weld joints, and form a historical database of weld joints, so as to statistically analyze the production quality of the whole plant.
