Product Introduction

The CNC stud welding system (automatic stud welding platform) is a high-precision, high-efficiency fully automatic CNC stud welding device. Both X and Y axis drives utilize high-precision ball screw linear modules, ensuring stable operation, high positioning accuracy, and long service life. The control system employs an industrial-grade PC and motion control card, with AC servo drive. It can be equipped with an energy storage stud welder and an arc-type stud welder to adapt to different welding needs. The Z-axis can be selected with pneumatic or electric servo drive, and can be configured with one or more welding terminals to meet the personalized needs of different fields.
