Product Introduction The ZGIES series servo electric cylinders are a new series of products independently developed by Zhige Robotics Systems Co., Ltd. based on market demand. Their flange ranges from 65mm to 220mm, and power ranges from 0.4KW to 33KW. The servo electric cylinders adopt an integrated design of servo motor and planetary roller screw, suitable for motion control systems with low, medium, and high performance requirements. The servo electric cylinder integrates a built-in brushless servo motor and a roller screw transmission structure. The rotational motion of the servo motor rotor is directly distributed around the main screw via planetary rollers, converting the motor’s rotational motion into the linear motion of the spindle or nut. These structures give the motor advantages such as small size, low inertia, high rigidity, low noise, low temperature rise, fast response, smooth operation, precise control, strong overload capacity, and long service life. This product can replace hydraulic and pneumatic systems in various applications, representing an upgrade from hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
