The spot welder for aluminum alloy welding is a new kind of high-power spot welder developed and produced by our company according to the development demand of new energy vehicles. The welding controller has an inverter output current of 1.8kA (at 20% of rated duty cycle), integrates common international electrical interfaces, and can be equipped with various brands of welding transformers, with a maximum welding current of up to 60,000A to achieve reliable welding of aluminum workpieces. The controller adopts the company’s mature inverter technology and closed-loop current control technology, equipped with the world’s most advanced power devices to meet the reliability and safety requirements of the equipment working in high power circuits.
The clamp body adopts modular design, compatible with a variety of brands of welding robots, realizing quick disassembly and assembly. It can connect a single or dual transformers. The pressure of the servo-driven welding arm can reach over 900kg, and it can monitor and control the pressure in real time. Through the programmer, it can customize the programming of the welding time, welding current and process parameters, so that it can realize the different demands of working conditions, workpieces or production capacity. It can precisely control the current and pressure in real time to ensure the good welding strength and consistency.
