Product Introduction This welding system utilizes a DSP+FPGA embedded architecture, employing mature high-frequency (20kHz) full-bridge inverter and full-wave rectification technology. It integrates a linear servo motor control unit and is equipped with GSM and GMM series servo stud welding torches. Its high-resolution grating detection device provides real-time dynamic position information, enabling intelligent digital closed-loop control. This ensures complete synchronization of torch lifting and welding current control, significantly improving the accuracy, speed, and synchronization of key welding parameters. It can perform welding operations on complex workpiece surfaces, greatly improving welding quality and consistency. The main unit structure has been optimized for electromagnetic compatibility, signal interface methods, and heat dissipation systems. A handheld human-machine interface makes process management and welding data monitoring smoother and faster. The system, paired with Weld NLC group control and analysis software, can clearly acquire welding data or equipment status information, analyze detailed waveform data of individual weld points, form a historical weld point database, and statistically analyze the overall plant production quality.
