The swing-arm regrinding machine’s external communication interface supports hard I/O ports and multiple bus interfaces (configurable according to site requirements). Utilizing carbide-coated blades, it enables high-speed regrinding and can simultaneously regrind the upper and lower electrode caps of the spot welding clamp, ensuring concentric and perfectly aligned electrode end faces after regrinding. The equipment is equipped with an automatic copper shavings collector, effectively maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing work area. Its unique swing-arm function allows for flexible position adjustment within a 90° range, precisely adapting to the electrode cap regrinding needs of fixed welding clamps or robotic spot welding clamps, significantly improving the applicability and automation level of the production line.
