Product Introduction This spot welding machine is a brand-new resistance welding machine developed and manufactured by our company. Its welding controller adopts the world’s most advanced inverter technology, full-bridge soft-switching technology, and closed-loop current control technology; the welding transformer operates at a frequency of 10kHz and features small size and high energy conversion efficiency. The welding clamp uses an electric servo mechanism, which can adaptively control welding pressure and welding current in real time, resulting in good weld formation and minimal spatter. Especially when welding multi-layer zinc-coated steel plates and high-strength steel plates, it virtually eliminates spatter. This product has obtained four domestic invention patents, fifteen utility model patents, three software copyright certificates, and two international invention patents. This product is suitable for welding ordinary steel plates, zinc-coated steel plates, hot-formed steel plates, high-strength steel plates, and aluminum plates. Product Features The transformer is small in size and lightweight, achieving integrated operation of the transformer and welding gun, and reducing the load requirements of the welding robot. Adaptive control of welding pressure and welding current allows a single welding gun to perform welding operations on multiple workpieces of different thicknesses at the same workstation. The welding gun servo mechanism can use the hollow electric cylinder (linear electric cylinder) developed by the company, as shown in the figure below; or a detachable electric cylinder, as shown in the figure below.
