Fixed electrode cap grinding machine

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

This fixed electrode cap grinding machine employs a high-speed precision grinding disc and intelligent servo pressure control technology. Equipped with a self-developed five-jaw pneumatic assembly/disassembly module, it can accurately clamp, grind, and automatically replace electrode caps of various sizes (Φ13-20mm). The equipment features an independent, large-capacity copper shavings collection system and a self-diagnostic function, allowing for seamless integration into robotic or semi-automatic spot welding stations, supporting continuous, unmanned production. The rated grinding capacity exceeds 60 cycles per hour.

D. Human-Machine Interface: 7-inch color HMI touchscreen, supporting Chinese/English/Japanese multilingual operation and real-time parameter monitoring.

E. Communication Interface: Standard PNP 24V IO port, optional Profinet, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP and other mainstream fieldbuses.

F. Data Function: Integrated data logger, capable of storing grinding cycles, cutter head life, fault history, and supporting process traceability.

G. Equipment Management: Supports RS-485 or Ethernet networking, enabling centralized monitoring and maintenance early warning in conjunction with the workshop MES system.
